Guidelines

Lake County, OH, awards grants to various community organizations each year. Our goal is to support events and programs focused on culture, history, and the fine and performing arts that also positively impact the travel and tourism industry in Lake County. 

Applicants must be an entity incorporated in Lake County with a minimum one-year history of providing public programs or activities specifically related to arts and cultural heritage. The event must also be verified to increase tourism and overnight stays outside Lake County.

Arts & Culture Grant Application

Please click on the button below to begin the online grant application process. All applications are due no later than the close of business on March 14, 2025, to be considered for a 2025 grant. Early submission will ensure we can verify that all needed documentation has been received in ample time before making a decision on each application.

The maximum Arts and Culture grant award is $10,000. Additionally, Tour Lake County has also established a Community Events Grant fund for events that fit the Arts & Culture criteria but do not generate significant overnight room nights. Grants ranging from $100 to $1,000 will be awarded from this fund.
