MENTOR, Ohio (WJW) — Country music superstar LeAnn Rimes will be in Northeast Ohio this weekend to perform a free concert with free parking, too.

It’s all thanks to Tour Lake County and the Mentor Rocks summer concert series. The Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling singer will take the stage at the Mentor Civic Amphitheater, 8600 Munson Road, at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 28. Rimes is known for hits like “Can’t Fight the Moonlight” and “How Do I Live.” Her latest album “God’s Work” was released in 2022.

Mentor Rocks is an all-ages festival-like atmosphere with food vendors, as well as beer and wine for those 21 and over.

If you plan to attend, here is what else you should know:

  • Grounds open at 5 p.m.

  • An opening act is scheduled from 6 -7 p.m.

  • The venue features lawn seating, so bring blankets or chairs.

  • Outside food is permitted although outside alcohol is not. Coolers will be checked.

  • Overflow parking is available at Mentor Senior Center and Mentor High School.

  • Admission and parking are free

  • Note: Parking restrictions
